Prices on this site are in U.S. dollars, are subject to change, and do not include sales tax where it applies. A written quote or signed agreement sets your final price.
The site builder, phone demo, calculator and leak check are illustrations. Businesses, names and numbers shown in them are made up, and calculator results are estimates, not promises.
We work hard for every client, but we do not guarantee rankings, calls, reviews, bookings or revenue.
Don't misuse the site, try to break it, or copy its design or content for commercial use. Content on this site belongs to Second Shift unless noted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. This limit does not apply to liability that New Jersey law does not allow a business to limit, and nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under New Jersey law.
New Jersey law applies. Disputes are handled in the courts of Union County, New Jersey.
What you type into our contact form or send us (name, business, phone, email, town, message); billing details handled by Stripe (we receive only the last 4 digits and card type); and basic site usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser, collected with privacy-friendly analytics.
To reply to you, quote and deliver work, bill you, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Only service providers that help us run the business, such as our payment processor, hosting, email and phone providers, and only for that purpose. We may also share information if the law requires it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
When we run services for a client business, we handle their customers' information only on that client's instructions and only to provide the service.

We use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as we need it for the business or the law requires. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as New Jersey law requires.

We follow the FTC's rule on consumer reviews and Google's review policies. We send a business's public review link to every customer, never only the happy ones. We never write, buy or fake reviews, never offer rewards for reviews, and never hide or remove honest negative reviews. Testimonials on this site are real; where someone got a discount or has a personal connection to us, we say so.
